Another backlog post! #naghahabol #parasablog
Hello hello helloooo...I want to share my Bali trip with you guys and because of that, I am currently missing it and my Bali peeps. Hehehehe... #moveFWD
We went to Uluwatu Temple on our first day. It is located in Pecatu Village, Kuta South District. It is a Balinese Hindu Temple that sits on 70-meter-high cliffs projecting above the Indian Ocean. The temple is occupied by monkeys who are known for snatching things from the visitors. You can trade fruits for the item/s that they snatched from you. But still, it will encourage them to steal more. So, beware! *wink*
Fact: Uluwatu - in Balinese language "Ulu" means "top" or "tip" and "Watu" means "rock".

It was a sunny day and we're like bathing in sunscreen. But still, we explored the place. The place is very big. It's a long walk before you reach the panoramic view of the ocean - long walk is worth it, so don't worry. There's plenty of trees grown along the path and its beautiful flower makes you relax while walking.
Tips/Reminders
- Don't wear shorts - remember it's a temple. Just in case, there's a sarong and sash that can be rented at the entrance.
- There's hundreds of monkey's dwells here. Therefore, keep your valuables. They will seriously grab off your things.
How to get to Uluwatu Temple
*** there's no public transportation to get here and going back to the town. It's better to rent a car or taxi. It is 45 minutes away from Nusa Dua and 30 minutes away from Kuta.
