Travel: Petronas Twin Towers, Kuala Lumpur

Writer: Stylemugger by AwilStylemugger by Awil

Hello, I'm back!!! After three weeks, here I am again. I got busy in my past few weeks because I went to India (wait for my India trip post *kinikilig*) and because of my new job (as an IT Developer) - sorry naman po. *wink*

So, since I am a frustrated blogger (hahahaha..), I did my best to post a new entry for you guys. Let's take a break about food post, I decided to share my Kuala Lumpur trip last year. Me and my sister stayed in Bukit Bintang and went to the iconic skyscraper in Kuala Lumpur - Petronas Twin Towers.

Petronas Twin Towers has 451.9 meters height and each tower has an 88-storey structure. It has two key attractions: 1) Skybridge - Level 41 and 2) Observation Deck - Level 86. It is inspired by Tun Mahathir Mohamad's vision for Malaysia to be a global player. Sadly,  we got out of time to try the two key attractions because we went there late night. Anyhow, we can try it next time we visit Kuala Lumpur - who knows we visit it with one of you guys! *wink*

HOW TO GET TO PETRONAS TWIN TOWER FROM BUKIT BINTANG:

1. Get to KL Monorail Line (it is the Green line in KL Train Map below).

2. Buy your ticket from Bukit Bintang station to KL Sentral Station.

Cost: 2.10 MYR -- 24.00 PHP

3. From KL Sentral station (KL Monorail Line), get to Kelana Jaya Line to buy your ticket from KL Sentral to KLCC (it is the Pink line in KL Train Map below).

4. Once you're in the KLCC station (Kelana Jaya Line), just walk and follow the sign that says Suria KLCC - it is the shopping mall inside Petronas Towers.

5. You will now be at Petronas Twin Tower.

Hello thereeeee!!! I'm trying to take a perfect photo with Petronas Twin Towers as my background - so hard to take a photo alone. Weeeew. And oh, I do apologize for the low quality of the photos. I only brought my mobile phones as my camera.

TIPS/REMINDERS:

- Go there as early as you can, especially if you really want to try the Skybridge and Observation Deck. As per my friends who tried the Skybridge and Observation Deck, there's a long line to be able to get a ticket. So better to go early or buy tickets online.

- Bring GoPro, a wide camera lens or a selfie stick if you can so that you will get a perfect photo of the Petronas Twin Tower. Or go there with your friends so that you have someone who can take a photo of you with the Petronas Twin Towers as your background. Yey!
